• Communicate effectively with potential and existing vendors, internal managers, and sales associates both in person and over the phone. Verify pricing, shipping details, and other requirements to secure materials.
• Maintain records and generate reports related to purchase orders to assist others in their responsibilities. Ensure deadlines are met for time-sensitive materials. Backup the purchasing manager as needed.
• Handle challenging situations and resolve discrepancies as they arise. Represent the company professionally and contribute to its success.Skills You'll Need:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
