Job Description: The team is dedicated to delivering the best gaming experiences to billions of users globally. We are embarking on an ambitious multi-year plan to drive significant growth in the multi-billion-dollar business by expanding our multiplatform experiences, game stores, loyalty programs, and various features focused on gamer engagement.
As a Researcher, you would work closely with the product team and other researchers to define, conduct and lead consumer facing product research.
You will be responsible for running interviews, usability testing, and concept studies to inform upcoming product and features for unreleased features.


Responsibilities: Design and conduct independent research using a variety of qualitative research methods, including but not limited to: interviews, surveys, diary studies, etc.
Collaborate cross-functionally (design, engineering, and product management) and cross-team to ensure teams make user-centric, data-driven decisions.
Deliver high quality research plans and reports that are easily digestible and framed around insights.
Independently prioritize work while managing stakeholder relationships and expectations across a range of work streams on a range of trajectories and velocities.
Advocate research findings and insights to diverse audiences through written reports and verbal presentations.


Experience: 4 years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar.
Experience with research design utilizing various methods (e.g., usability studies, contextual inquiry, surveys, etc.)
Experience collaborating with Engineers, Content Strategists, and Product Managers throughout the UX process.
Prior experience in consumer facing products.


Desired Skills: 3+ years of work experience in an applied research setting.
Ability to independently scope, execute, analyse, synthesize both qualitative and large-scale quantitative studies.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, including experience working with cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in games related research is a bonus.


Education: Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
