facing products. Preferred qualifications: 2 years of experience

platforms or ad tech. Experience with Google Ads, Display or UX.

globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex,
multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with
stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules,
identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional
partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices,
time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the
players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. Google

advertisers, and Google. We’re made up of multiple teams, building
Google’s Advertising products including search, display, shopping,
travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams
create trusted experiences between people and businesses with

businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective
advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable
Google to engage with customers at scale. The US base salary range
for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 bonus equity
benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and
location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work
location and additional factors, including job-related skills,
experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can

more about benefits at Google . Responsibilities Design and deliver
predictable program communication plans in collaboration with
program stakeholders, including targeted communications by
stakeholder type. Determine phasing and metrics associated with
program lifecycle that effectively address continuous improvement
including Resource Stewardship (effective deployment of machine and
people resources) in close collaboration with program stakeholders,
including near- and long-term objectives. Determine and collect
data required to execute and govern programs effectively.
Independently maintain project trackers and status reports.
Identify and execute on program tasks including proactively
managing dependencies. Execute change management requirements that
are identified by program stakeholders. Build trusted relationships
with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of
program stakeholders and ensuring they have the insights they need
to make effective decisions.
