Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is seeking a Supply Chain Training Procurement Analyst to join their team.The Boeing Supply Chain Sourcing Process and Training team partners with the many business units and operating teams across the enterprise to simplify and modernize sourcing command media and training to better the learning experiences and daily execution. -This position can be located in Berkeley, MO; Long Beach, CA; Mesa, AZ; or Seattle, WA.The team is seeking to offer an outstanding opportunity to the ideal candidate to apply their technical knowledge skills and to support various projects including training creation, delivery, and follow up in order to advance the overall efficiencies and effectiveness of our Supply Chain Sourcing professionals in the team's training courses and services. -This person will assist with the deployment of training and provide administrative support as well as project management to advance the overall efficiency of Supply Chain Sourcing training.Position Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data, and develop recommendations to the training deployment
  • Demonstrate the use of information gathering techniques and identify innovative solutions to address problems and opportunities -
  • Measure key performance indicators
  • Manage course curriculum
  • Supports the coordination and tracking of action items and metrics
  • Schedule training classes, students, and vital facilities
  • Manage student training records (i.e. MyLearning, BERT, etc.) for reporting training completions for compliance and to measure the efficiency of training for process improvements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners, peers and customersThis position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. - This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. - 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic -Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
    • 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain
    • 1+ years of experience in using advanced features in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, and Power PointPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
      • Bachelor's degree or higherTypical Education & Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
