This Executive Administrative Asst. Position Features:

We are looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to support
the CEO, CFO, COO and other execs. Ideal candidate will have a
background with both start up companies as well as established
companies.
Key responsibilities
-Generating expense reports using Concur (experience is
essential)
-Heavy experience with travel arrangements- mostly domestic but
some international
-Complicated calendaring for all the executives. We need someone
who loves the puzzle of calendaring, great with change management
of calendaring, and who is very approachable with having to make
the changes on the execs calendars.
Personality
-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Candidate
will be doing a lot of written correspondence - grammar skills are
extremely vital
-Upbeat, a can do attitude, be supremely service oriented
-A "you've got it" attitude
-Proactive and anticipates the needs before they arise
-Professional, extremely detail oriented, friendly,
approachable.
