The dedication of our staff combined with our company culture have consistently allowed us to meet and exceed the needs of our clients.Job Overview:The Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Plan Reviewer is responsible for reviewing and evaluating mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems' designs and plans to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices. This role ensures that all mechanical, plumbing, and electrical aspects of construction projects are designed for safety, efficiency, and reliability while meeting local, state, and federal requirements.Key Responsibilities:1. Review Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical Plans:Analyze and evaluate mechanical, plumbing, and electrical system designs to ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and standards.Review system layouts, equipment specifications, and installation details to verify that all components meet safety and performance requirements.Provide feedback to design teams about any necessary adjustments or revisions for compliance with codes or best practices.2. Regulatory Compliance:Stay current with updates to mechanical, plumbing, and electrical codes, including local, state, and national standards (e.g., NEC, ASHRAE, International Plumbing Code).Ensure that designs comply with energy efficiency and sustainability standards, where applicable (e.g., LEED, green building codes).Verify that the designs meet safety and environmental requirements to prevent risks such as fire, electrical hazards, or water damage.3.
