This is a fast-paced, creative and customer-centric role that will be critical to our success in the years to come. The ideal candidate will be providing sales and sales operations support to the VP, Client Solutions. This is a customer-facing role, with the opportunity to support a high volume of strategic client relationships, and develop critical sales skills.With the ability to work with all types of individuals, every interaction is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, client success and profitability.ResponsibilitiesReporting in to the VP, Client Solutions, the Business Development Sales Coordinator will focus on the following:

  • Assist in developing custom program proposals, including discovery and qualification, high-level design, information gathering, and formatting
  • Manage efficient and timely RFP/RFI responses
  • Manage and qualify inbound leads; prepare for and book initial meetings with target prospects.
  • Identify and execute on special projects to improve sales operational efficiencies
  • Provide back-office support including, but not limited to: scheduling, internal and client-facing communications, expenses, asset library and Salesforce management,
  • Strategize to innovate & improve the overall sales development process, including sales collateral and program description library.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the VP and Client Solutions team to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
    RequirementsOur ideal candidate has customer success experience and takes initiative. We're looking for someone who's hungry to learn and can do so quickly, while also bringing new ideas and creativity to the team. A drive for results is key, with the ability to meet and exceed deadlines, providing consistency and stability for the team. A Can-Do attitude is a must!Some other things were looking for are:
    • BS/BA required
    • Year of experience can vary - whats most important is a solution-oriented, customer-focused mindset with the ability to showcase BEE offerings in a compelling way, in conversations, proposals and client-facing documents.
    • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office suite and Google suite tools
    • Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to think outside of the box for creative solutions
    • Demonstrated sales accomplishments with confidence to work autonomously
    • Highly motivated to succeed both individually and with a young and fast-growing company
    • Agile mindset and ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment, with experience in a start-up sales environment a huge plus
