Development About the Role The Call Center Manager will be
responsible for leading a team of Call Center Representatives &
Dispatchers , managing daily operations, and ensuring high call
conversion rates. This role requires strong leadership, process
optimization, and a focus on results to drive revenue and customer
satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and coach a team of
Call Center Representatives Manage a high volume of inbound and
outbound calls Monitor team performance and optimize call
conversion rates Handle escalated customer issues and ensure
service excellence Work closely with technicians to coordinate
efficient scheduling and dispatching Maintain accurate records and
utilize ServiceTitan or similar CRM software Develop strategies to
improve efficiency, drive sales, and increase retention What We’re
Looking For 3 years of call center management experience (HVAC or
home services experience preferred) Proven leadership skills with
the ability to coach and develop teams Strong decision-making and
problem-solving abilities Fast and accurate typing (45 WPM)
Tech-savvy, with experience using Microsoft Suite & ServiceTitan
(preferred) Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven
environment Must pass a pre-employment drug screen & background
