Job Description:

NETGEAR IT team is seeking a top-tier candidate for the Senior Business Systems Analyst, Finance role to lead the delivery of our IT applications roadmap for strategic projects. This position will be responsible for supporting all finance IT system needs and managing business systems projects that improve finance processes and align with cross-functional teams for enterprise initiatives. This is a hybrid position based in the San Jose office.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on end-user support for the Oracle R12 e-Business Applications Suite for finance modules.
• Manage and drive multiple finance process improvement initiatives impacting order to invoice, revenue recognition, procure to pay, inventory accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general accounting, and financial reporting within Oracle Financial and other systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership to align IT initiatives with business priorities.
• Understand custom extensions related to Revenue Recognition and Intercompany accounting; partner with finance to implement enhancements.
• Lead NETGEAR's RPA implementation for financial processes, identify automation opportunities, and work with RPA teams to design and implement solutions.
• Manage initiatives related to Oracle Channel Revenue Management for Sales and Finance teams.
• Build strong relationships with internal customers, peers, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate financial close cycles and reporting, providing support to finance and business teams.
• Partner with Internal Control and Audit to establish, test, and document key controls for compliance.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve financial processes, prioritizing with business stakeholders.
• Serve as solution architect/project lead for system improvement initiatives, coordinating with internal and external teams.
• Oversee configuration and setup of Oracle solutions.
• Track progress on finance initiatives and report statuses periodically.Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 (12.2) Financial modules.
• 7+ years in business analysis.
• Strong understanding of accounting and business processes.
• Proven project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Successful experience partnering with business teams and maintaining IT relationships.
• Ability to establish and maintain internal customer relationships.
• Teamwork and knowledge sharing capabilities.
• Adaptability to new challenges and changes.
• Negotiation skills for scope, schedule, and budget management.Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with similar business models or markets.
