Today we enable thousands of businesses - ranging from SMBs to large enterprises - to build authentic connections with their audiences and utilize a suite of software tools for growth and on-demand support.What you'll doWe are seeking a Partner Manager to lead the development and execution of an outbound sales and business development system for X Verified Organizations, targeting both SMBs and enterprise-level SaaS contracts.

  • Design and build a scalable outbound sales system to acquire and onboard SMBs and enterprise clients, aligning with X's vision for Verified Organizations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow subscription-based revenue streams, identifying opportunities to maximize value for organizations on the platform.
  • Negotiate and close high-value, complex SaaS commercial agreements with SMBs and enterprises, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders at prospective and existing Verified Organizations, understanding their business objectives and aligning X's offerings to their needs.
  • Create a comprehensive sales strategy, including detailed plans for targeting, pitching, and closing deals with diverse client segments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and legal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and success for Verified Organizations.
  • Establish frameworks for tracking and optimizing sales performance, leveraging data to refine outreach and improve conversion rates.
  • Act as a strategic liaison between Verified Organizations and X, ensuring client feedback and needs are communicated to internal teams to shape product development and marketing strategies.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor offerings to position X's Verified Organizations program as a leader in the space.What we are looking for
    • Proven experience designing and executing outbound SaaS sales systems, preferably for both SMB and Enterprise clients.
    • Track record of independently negotiating and closing complex, high-value sales deals.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to craft and implement a vision for scalable sales and revenue growth.
    • Deep understanding of subscription-based business models and experience driving revenue through recurring revenue streams.
    • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, confident in delivering compelling pitches to diverse audiences.
    • Adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
    • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to build internal networks and work across teams to achieve goals.
    • Data-driven approach to sales, with experience using metrics to optimize performance and inform strategy.
    • Alignment with X's mission, vision, and core values.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and stakeholders.
